Services Provided

You will find me open-minded and compassionate. I provide support for individuals, couples, and families in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. My theoretical orientation is integrative, meaning that I will use a variety of psychological modalities depending on you and your circumstance. My approach is collaborative in that we will work together as a team to identify solutions. Depending on what we decide, we might go forth using a "talk therapy" modality, neurofeedback, or clinical hypnotherapy using rapid resolution therapy, or a combination.

Below is a list of some reasons why you might seek therapy:
  • Depression or Loneliness
  • Anxiety or Panic Attacks
  • Fears or Phobias
  • Stress Management
  • Grief and Bereavement
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Eating Disorders or Body Image Concerns
  • Relationship Issues
  • Mind-Body-Spiritual Work
  • LGBTQ Concerns
  • Anger Management
  • Women's or Men’s Issues
  • Career or Academic Concerns
  • Illness and Health Concerns
  • Domestic Violence and Abuse
  • Sexual Trauma
  • Trauma/PTSD
  • Divorce
  • Difficult Life Path Changes
  • Family Conflicts
  • Caregiver Burden/Fatigue

I do not restrict services to any particular population. My unique educational and professional background in community health has afforded me the opportunity to work for many years in the area of chronic disease (e.g. cancer), thus I have an interest in working with those who are dealing with illness or injury. I also have specific education in stress and coping processes, therefore, I have an interest in working with people who are struggling with stress for any reason. I also enjoy the use of expressive arts in therapy, such as through the use of art therapy where appropriate and desired.
